We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join our team based in Turek, Poland for the construction of a 560MW CCGT Power Plant.

Your Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of the mechancial construction process for the CCGT project from planning through to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, timelines, and project milestones to meet key deadlines.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost control, BOQ's and general construction activities to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the accurate interpretation of technical designs, specifications, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with client representatives, stakeholders, and project managers for regular updates and reports.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site challenges to maintain project progress.

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale power plant construction, preferably CCGT projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Strong understanding of gas turbine technology, steam generation,and combined cycle processes and boilers,piping, steel structures.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting for large industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
