We are currently looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our B2C Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.  

By joining this role, you will play a crucial part in strengthening customer loyalty through targeted outbound and inbound communication. Your contribution will directly influence customer satisfaction and long-term value, helping us maintain and grow a loyal customer base in a competitive environment.


Your Role Will Encompass:

  • Executing outbound and inbound communication activities with existing customers to improve loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Designing and implementing optimal customer retention practices and initiatives.
  • Identifying customer pain points and proactively addressing them.
  • Providing structured feedback and insights into customer behavior and competitor activities.
  • Working closely with team members to meet both personal and campaign-specific retention goals.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of retention strategies based on performance and analytics.


What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in call center operations, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with proven sales skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with high levels of self-motivation and perseverance.
  • Team spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with reporting and dashboards (e.g., BI tools) is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused while handling complex customer interactions.
