We are currently looking for a CVM Analyst to join our Customer Value Management Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By joining this role, you'll play a key role in driving customer engagement and lifetime value through the design, automation, and optimization of CVM campaigns. Leveraging data analytics, segmentation, and marketing automation tools, you will ensure targeted, timely, and effective communication that enhances customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Creating, maintaining, and evaluating CVM campaigns to boost cross-selling and customer retention.
- Using data mining and analytics to identify customer segments, next best offers, optimal timing, and communication channels.
- Managing campaign automation and conducting A/B testing and ante-post analyses to fine-tune campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborating with communication teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Taking ownership of Life Cycle Management (LCM) campaigns to increase Customer Lifetime Value and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
What You Bring to the Role:
- University degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in analytics, CRM, or marketing teams.
- Proficiency in data mining and analytics tools such as SQL, IBM Modeler, SPSS, or SAS.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision making.
