We are currently looking for a Billing Support Administrator to join our Operations Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By Joining This Role, You'll Play a crucial role in ensuring billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and enhancing customer satisfaction as a key member of our team.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Supporting Customer Care and Key Accounts with billing inquiries, handling first-level concerns related to billing, meter readings, and energy consumption, and providing clear explanations to internal teams.
- Investigating and resolving billing-related disputes or discrepancies in collaboration with Customer Service, IT, and Billing teams.
- Communicating with DSOs regarding meter readings and consumption issues, and escalating incorrect indications when necessary.
- Preparing invoicing statements and reports for major customers, using Business Intelligence tools when needed.
- Assisting the Legal Department with billing histories in legal cases and ensuring accurate record-keeping of related interactions and documents.
What You Bring to the Role:
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations, customer support, or the billing department of an energy industry company.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of the English language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer focus with a strong service orientation.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and basic billing issues.
