We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our B2C team as part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division at the Protergia store in Toumpa.
Your role will encompass:
- Providing personalized customer support
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
- Understanding customers’ needs and offer the appropriate product/ service
- Keep up with sales targets of the store
- Handling complaints efficiently while maintaining customer loyalty
- Providing after-sales assistance and resolving issues
- Following up on customer requests for timely resolution
- Managing cash transactions securely
- Organizing store displays and maintaining cleanliness
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales environment
- Experience in Energy Sector is an asset
- Continuous Learning, adaptability and attention to detail
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
